Personalised Folded Place Cards – Gold & Blush

Product Description

The place cards are approximately 90 x 45mm. They are printed on a high quality card (250gsm Extra-White Linen Card) and pre-scored for easy folding. Please note that as of 23rd March 2023, we have changed the material.

You can have it in the following

Names At Front 

or

Names At Front, Table Number/Name at back

or

Names At Front, Table Number/Name at back then allergy underneath if applicable (you may have menu choices instead of allergy however we recommend no more than 3 words due to the size).

Quantity / Minimum Order / Blanks

If you would like any spare place cards to be printed blank, please do state this in your excel sheet. We DO NOT send out the extra place cards if we haven't been notified that they are needed first.

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to add any new place cards, even if you have not used all of the place cards you have purchased.

If you are looking to add on new place cards, we kindly ask that you add 10 to basket and mention in the notes bit at check out the old order number that you'd like a copy of. This will allows us to pull up the same file you've previously ordered. Please note that we've changed the material from 23rd of March.

What file should I send the names over in?

We require the details in excel format spreadsheet (CSV file)

For example, first column will be names. Second column is table numbers, third is allergy.

If you only require names, it will be one column only spreadsheet.

We will be following the font size for the longest name on the list - please keep this in mind when providing names.

Please enter the names as how you'd like them printed, e.g Capital Letters and check all the spellings. We will be copying and pasting the names.

How/When do I send the details over?

Once you've ordered, please email [email protected] the details required for your place cards. We require them as soon as you've ordered to process them.

In the subject title of the email, please add your order number.
