The Process from Placing The Order To Dispatch

Order Placed / Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will get an email from ourselves to confirm your order (usually this is within the first 24 hours) - please check your spam/junk folders as it sometimes goes in there. If you didn't get one, don't panic! Your PayPal/Worldpay receipt does confirm we have your order.

We are unable to change anything once the order is placed. Please double check all spellings/address when ordering.

 

Delivery Date

Please see the bottom of your order confirmation / invoice for the Estimated Delivery Date.

Shipping Information

You will get an SMS / email from our courier with tracking that allows you to track each movement of the parcel. (Please ensure you put down the correct number / email to be able to get this service). Please double check your spam inbox.

We use both Royal Mail & Parcelforce. This depends on the weight of your order(s).
