The Process from Placing The Order To Dispatch
Once your order is placed, you will get an email from ourselves to confirm your order (usually this is within the first 24 hours) - please check your spam/junk folders as it sometimes goes in there. If you didn't get one, don't panic! Your PayPal/Worldpay receipt does confirm we have your order.
We are unable to change anything once the order is placed. Please double check all spellings/address when ordering.
All orders are handmade by us so there's a time scale for us to process and dispatch your orders. Please see the top of this page for current turnaround (we will regularly update this in case of any delays so please do keep checking back). Working days are only Monday-Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Once your order is complete, you will get an email from us (check your junk/spam folders) to confirm this. Usually, the order gets collected by our couriers the next working day. Please see below for shipping information.
All orders are shipped with Royal Mail, we use the Tracked 48 Hours service which means it should arrive within 48 hours, however please allow delays.
You will get an SMS / email from them with tracking that allows you to track each movement of the parcel. (Please ensure you put down the correct number / email to be able to get this service).
